Great sleep book!
I’ve learned a lot from this book regarding self settling strategies I hope to implement with my 4 month old!

The Newborn Program was so helpful, I had to see what 3-8 months held!
There are a number of programs out there that insist you need to make baby meet your schedule, which of course results in tears for everyone. I loved how Emma’s newborn program recognized baby’s needs and provided a daily rhythm that naturally anticipated baby’s needs with plenty of suggestions on integrating provision of those needs into parents’ schedules. I found her means of addressing cluster feeding particularly helpful! Now that my boy is 3 months old, I’ve purchased the next course and I’m so happy to have it on hand for all of the “regressions” people talk about in this next phase!

I've recently purchased the 3-8 months sleep guide for my 3 month old baby! It's full of great information regarding routines for babies dependent on age&weight. There is also information regarding different sleeping training methods, which includes consideration of temperament, parenting style & needs. I used the baby sleep consultants with my first born who is the best sleeper ! She slept 9/10 hours solid from 6 months & 12 hours from 7/8 months! I adjusted the routines to suit my baby & family needs. Highly recommend the sleep consultants to all mums.
