hibiscus

I am aware I purchased a quart plant , but I did think that it would have some branching. I also understand that a hibiscus gets started later in the season. I didn't expect to receive a small sprig for $17. I watch the Garden Crossing YouTube channel and I was very excited about my order but disappointed when I unboxed my plants. A little more information about what to expect in the description would have been helpful. How much growth can I expect on this plant this year?
