Fire Light Tidbit® Panicle Hydrangea (paniculata)

The plants were shipped upside down. I have been trying some TLC but 4 of the 5 hydrangea plants I ordered have turned brown and nearly all the leaves have dropped off and died. One of the roses is doing the same— In all, 5 of 11 are failing.

All of the plants were healthy and took beutifully.

I ordered 2 of these, they look completely different. Not sure they are the same plant
