I cut a small rectangle(1/2 × 1/4inch) in a PLA 2mm+ thick wall. Combine with the power of neosander a bit weak. Very thin layer to be cut are the blade get jammed if too much pressure. 15 minutes max used then let it cool and rest your hands. Need more practice with the neosander and tools. Thanks you

The locking mandrel clearance is so tight that changing blades is a struggle; you’re forced to use pliers or the provided tool, as attempting it by hand is a quick way to slice your fingers open.
