SWISSGEAR Personalized Luggage Tag

The order process was very simple. Quickly filled out the forms and ordered. They were delivered on time for my travels. Both were professional quality. I wish both had been the same larger size. The process was simple so I didn’t have to go online and try to find something cheaper quick?

Really liked the sturdiness of the luggage tag. Everything was great, except I had been told by customer service that it would be as I had typed in upper and lower case letters. Instead, the luggage tag did come in full UPPERCASE. That was the only thing that I didn't appreciate about it. Otherwise, it's a great tag, and I'm looking forward to using it on my new Swissgear luggage. One other thing: the tracking was really off the wall! I had ordered Aug. 24 and it had shipped, I think, in late August, but the tracking kind of lost it. It had no information about it after September 4, while it actually arrived in my mailbox on Sept. 9 or 10 in a regular-size envelope. Bit strange.

These tags are really nice and the small one will go on the Swiss Gear Laptop Bag I got. Now I need to find a Luggage Bag from Swiss Gear for a good deal for the bigger tag.
