Arm Compression Sleeves

Size chart and compression bands need review and possible re-design

Ordered per size chart. VERY tight on arms. Uncomfortable, and the compression bands felt much tighter than the surrounding material. I might have a different opinion if I could order the size that fits . Have gone around and around w Customer Service in trying to get a Replacement, as this process is not clear on the website. What happened to your Customer Service, Comrad? Why is the Return and Replacement process not easier and more clear? Pretty disappointed in an otherwise good company with great products. Did you go to AI customer service? Why no more phone support? This process is a MESS and I'm quite frankly very disappointed. AND I didn't get the free gift promised w my last large order. Got no response when I asked about it via Customer Service Portal and e-mail. I have asked twice. You could lose loyal customers over this, Comrad!

Not impressed!

I purchased a pair of large based on their size Guide and they were too small for me. Shipping back is that the buyers expense, but the company waved it when I stated I use the size guide to make the purchase. It took about three weeks for the return and my credit card to be reimbursed. I ordered an extra large and it too is a little firm. After about the fourth wear, when pulling it off the arm, my finger punched the hole in it. This doesn't make sense I would not recommend this product!
