Zipper

The zipper is poorly made and not smooth to open and close but the over all quality of bag is good.

Feels low quality

I debated for the longest time on ordering this and really wanted to love it. It took a month to arrive and sadly it feels, looks and sounds (yes, sounds) cheap. The lining on the interior is a thick, almost hard, nylon/plastic that makes a "swoosh" noise and does not lay nicely. Just does not have that quality feel I was looking and hoping for - it seems elegant in photos. The exterior leather feels thin and like plastic. Very disappointed.
