Regulate your dysregulation
Honest, I didn't expect much from this toy and was pretty sure I wasted my money. i was wrong. It has been very help whenever I become activate due sounds, smells, textures and to my ADHD. I love this thing I take it everywhere.

My absolute favorite of all the ONO products!
I am an ONO enthusiast and have most of ONOs products in multiple varieties. This one blows every other one out of the water as far as effectiveness in reducing repetitive body-focused behaviors like skin and hair picking. I experience an approximately 80% reduction in the desire to pick at myself when I use the accupressure roller!
