Fragile, inaccurate return information
First, I didn't find the slider calming for more than 10 seconds then I started getting tense. So it was barely used. It dropped about 6 in onto thick carpeting and the two pieces came apart. They will go back together but fall apart with minimal movement. Shocking considering the price. I tried to return it before it fell apart, but it was denied. 2 week return window after you file the return request. No exceptions, even if there's time remaining on the advertised "free return" terms. No customer service to speak with. I buy a lot of things on line and have never encountered this type of system

Calming Effect
When I start feeling overwhelmed, this slider helps me to regulate myself. Getting rid of that nervous energy clears my head and has a calming effect on me.
