Magnetic Phone Holder

"My previous review dated 7/17 mentioned the quality of the Desert Fox magnetic phone holder, and I want to reconfirm. It is high quality and very strong. I also mentioned that I hadn't received a response regarding my review; however, I was mistaken. Logan responded early Monday morning. I mistakenly submitted my review on Friday night. When arriving on Monday AM. He promptly answered my question to my satisfaction." Thank you for your help! Mike A. Messages were left, but no responses so far . I received order #82099 for the magnetic phone mount and was very impressed with its quality. I was excited to try it out; however, I encountered an issue. My current protective case is made of hard rubber, and the adhesive ring provided does not stick to it. I removed the case, attached the adhesive ring directly to the phone, and then replaced the cover, but now the magnet is not strong enough to hold the phone to the mount. I would appreciate some advice on how to resolve this issue or a return label if necessary. I was really looking forward to using this item, as it looks very sturdy. I look forward to your response. So far it’s been great. I have played five rounds at different courses there were a couple. I had some rough terrain as well. It’s handled it like a champ. Thanks again guys.

I was surprised how well it held my phone, others that I've tried my phone kept falling out of my cart. I think I made a good choice.
