Rolled Print

I'm a little disappointed. The print was basically fine, but it was printed border to border without an option to add a bit of white space on the sides. Edge to edge makes it very difficult to mat. Also, it was very difficult to not be able to see the images that were uploaded before they were printed. I ended up getting duplicates I didn't want, and other images not printed ... if I had been able to see a thumbnail of the images at some point, that would have been very helpful. Other printers offer both of these things I am asking about ... the option to include a white edge, and a thumbnail of the image I submitted before the order goes through.
