KEEP HAMMERING OG FULL ZIP HOODIE

Ordered a large hoodie for my husband. It came in and was too big. Their policy was 30 days exchange and with a quick email they were able to resolve the issue (being understanding of the fact that it was a Christmas gift that was bought early so the window of exchange had passed). They got a new hoodie sent out and made a life long customer with their excellent customer service.
