OK with the tires not happy with communication with Victoria

this is my second set of Vittoria tires. But I’m not happy with communication with the company through their website whatsoever. I had signed up for the email so that I could get 15% off for my first order and that never happened and when I contacted them, I never got a reply back at all. my biggest concern in which I voiced at that same time. Also was that first that tires were less than three years old and they had weather check cracks all the way around them. I even sent them pictures, but I did not get any reply back so maybe this poor review will get somebody to finally contact me back and make things right I do really feel they make a great tire. I do like the grip that I get with the Mazza tire specifically but very disappointed in communication with them.

As usual, they're incredible. This is the second time I've bought tires from this brand, and I'm always surprised that they deliver on their promises and more.
