I really like the fact the shards blend well with my decaf coffee when I want a mocha treat. Mainly, it’s just straight cacao in the morning with some butter. It soothes my constitution right before walking the dogs. Lately, I’ve been enjoying this again in the afternoon as well. I definitely recommend this product. A great alternative to coffee.

The taste has a very strong banana flavoring to it that is off putting. I have tried several cacaos for ceremony and this one seems to fall flat for my nervous system. But it blends well and is smooth, so if you like banana chocolate chip flavor its great. My clients say it tastes like a muffin lol

Shards are better

I'm not saying the block koracao is not as effective or as delicious; rather, I am saying that for a person who likes the convenience or maybe the time of not having to chop up the block into shards, paying a bit more for less brings me joy.
