Amazing boots and even more amazing company

I got these and the first pair unfortunately had a small defect. Barb was amazing and took care of me (on a Saturday if I may add!!) immediately by getting a return started and a replacement sent out. The new pair came and they are amazing to say the least. I believe my 6th or 7th pair of Rujos and certainly won’t be my last!

Boots

Very nice fit pretty good. Left boots seemed a little large, which I have noticed before and other boots but comfortable look good. I may look at another pair

Almost perfect

Would give it a 5 just on quality and color of the denim elephant vamp and perfect matching of dark blue leather uppers with contrasting stitching. Even think the cutter like toe works perfectly with this leather. The 1 star deduction is because of the permanent installed cushioned insole. Not against the comfort of the insole. Just the permanent nature of the insole prevents making sizing adjustments. I mostly wear 11. 5D in most Cowboy boots but sometimes bump up to a 12D, including boots that include an insole or specific toe shapes like a French toe. I ordered these in 12D and can only wear these with thin dress socks. Not the end of the world, but would prefer wearing with my go to mid weight socks. If 12. 5D was an available size option, would exchange. 11. 5EE would be too short, 12EE would have too much volume in the instep.
