I use it in conjunction with their Mobility Collagen, and my skin looks fresher and smoother than it has in years. I recommend both products.

Improvement

I've definitely noticed a difference in my digestion. That's the main reason I decided to give it a try. I'm almost done with the first package. I will be keeping it going a little while longer.
