Butterfly

This was the first time purchasing a maple from Mendocino Maples. As I live in CA I reasoned it would be easier than a purchase from MrMaple in NC, especially given the cross country shipping in early summer. Unfortunately, the maple arrived with moderate amount of leaf scorch. While concerning and unattractive I believe the maple will survive. Still, I was disappointed.
