I had Swissgear suitcase for 20 years, nothing ever broke. It was well used, we flew with it many many times around the world. So we ( my wife and I) decided to buy a new one. That one! Big mistake! It seems that they are now using a low quality materials because on our 1st trip the retractable handle got dented and wouldn’t come out. Contacted Swissgear for a promised 10 years warranty and got a response not our fault contact airline! Will NEVER buy another Swissgear product!
