Different quality

I purchased a second custom order for a crownscope hat, first order was fanominal out of the box, very sharp. My second order my hat brim was all deformed and wavy. I tried steaming it and ironing it and the hat brim won't hold it's shape. I won't be wearing it has often as my other hats.
