First time making pasta with this flour. We are very gluten Intolerant but we can eat everything in Italy, so this was the text. The 00 flour worked!! We can all eat it. It was like having Christmas Dinner in Italy. We made pappardelle pasta with wild boar ragu. Wonderful!! Will buy again and again. Next purchase we will try the pizza flour.
