Aria Maxi Dress

For the price of the dress, didn’t feel luxurious and this was purchased on the Summer Sale. Couldn’t exhange the dress or get a refund (as the dress sizing was quite small in the top part) as it was purchased during a Summer Sale. Be mindful if purchasing through their sale as it is considered a Final Sale.

Was aweful quality and way too small! I wear a size 12AU but sized up to be safe and couldnt even do up the zip!! Dress took 3.5 weeks to arrive so wouldnt have had it in time to wear to the event i purchased for even if it did fot!!

Don’t order from this website, terrible quality, sizing way off and refusing my return request because the dress was on sale when purchased. Terrible customer service - would ignore my emails. I wanted to return due to the sizing being completely different depending on the dress. I followed the size guide on the website, which suggested to size up if inbetween sizes. Both dresses ordered in a M - neither fit. One was way too big and the other was too small, i tried to explain this to Clara from customer service but apparently its my fault that they dont fit because ‘the correct sizes ordered were dispatched’ completely ignoring the fact that i followed the measurements on the size guide and the drastic diffence inbetween the dresses which are the same size!
