I originally brought this way too small because I didn’t take into account the foams and boards! So if your wearing the foams and boards underneath def take your measurements with them on. But I paid for the free shipping and return option and it was such a smooth process… Customer service is on their game! I returned my original order Wednesday afternoon and got my correct size by Friday afternoon. Faja itself fits great and is very comfortable, a bit tight around the private area but I might still be a little swollen there…Highly recommend.

I have only had my Faja for one week, but it is so comfortable my stage one Faja the shoulders would cut into my skin and it hurt these ones have a pad on the shoulders and it is so comfortable.
