I purchased 2 fajas at $82.70 and $90.05! They were never sent to me!

I purchased 2 fajas a short one for $82.70 and a long one $90.05! I returned them following the instructions on the website for exchanges! I placed a note in the package requesting they be exchanged for a Size Small in Both! They never responded to my emails and when I called they answered and immediately hung up the phone! They never answered the phone again! I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income and this loss hits really hard! I am recovering from surgery and do not have a faja to wear for and to protect my abdomen! This is really tragic! Is this who we are as people now? Thieves stealing from the poor!
