Product works great but the ordering/delivery process was a little rough. (More timely communication is needed.) Instructions are non-existent; I think the intent is for professionals, not DIY. It would help to have a description of the condition in which you need a chimney or at least a photo. Turns out I did not need a chimney. (The rating is for the product, not the service.)

Normally salespeople drive me crazy, but the salespeople here are so helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The saleswoman (I wish I could remember her name) was so quick to narrow down what specs we would need and explain why. Beginning to end, they were quick, respectful of our time, and professional. The fact the hood has worked great and been exactly what we needed is the cherry on top. I cooked fish a few days ago and my husband couldn’t tell until he was in the kitchen next to me.
