No Quality Review Checks

Product was never quality checked before being sent. Delivery box was in great condition, but the product was dented, the entire dual motor system was installed off-center to the main outlet duct, and one of the lights was never even connected. The help through the support email was frustrating as they continued to avoid the main issue I found with regards to the missing quality review check before the item was sent out. I was offered a discount initially, but after discovering another issue AFTER installation they refused to provide an additional discount. Overall this has been a bad experience and I would not recommend this product to others

Stupid policy

I won’t have it installed until early next week. Not happy about having to cancel my recirculating kit that might not ship for 16 weeks in order to get my range hood now while my kitchen is being remodeled. So I cancelled the kit and might reorder in a month or two. I wanted to keep the kit on order, but was told you wouldn’t do it. I would have paid for the extra freight, but it wasn’t an option. Do you consider that customer friendly or don’t you care?

Not easy installation, Not enough installation information. Need card board for punch hole and screw But product quality is very nice.
