missing some parts and manual

try to install the range hood, but some parts are missing: no oil draining tray under the fans, no duct set , and not enough screws. the manuain in the package is for wall mount range hood, not for island range hood.

Poor design

I bought this range hood because i thought it would be professional quality and it is not, thus it does not justify the premium price. 1) installation design is poor and takes 2-3 people. Clearances for the down rods vs the stainless sleeves are so tight that there is no room for the slightest deviation 2) digital controls are so basic and the touch buttons work inconsistently when pressing. Also the clock function is only in military time and because of the touch buttons are very difficult to adjust the time. 3 grease grates. The locking mechanisms are poorly designed and barely hang on to the main hood. The spring latch is very poor quality and barely locks in across all 4 grates for a 48” hood. Overall very disappointed and not the value for the price
