I have a picky young male cat that I have difficulty buying toys for. He will play however he always wants my participation and that is not always possible. This toy keeps his attention (catnip ball) and allows him to play independently. Glad to see him ramping around and not focusing on being destructive. . . he's a trouble maker. I did have difficulty opening the toy and that is why I rated it good and not great. Fiancé used a wrench and screwdriver to pry open!
