Having celiac means I’m constantly looking for high quality bread products with high fiber and high protein. As I find different brands, I switch my buying habits (if the newer brands are healthier). I discovered Queen St about 4 months ago and then wasn’t sure where I could get more. Buying directly ensures the company gets all of my payment and that I have access to the full spectrum of their products. They taste good, have the right texture, and have the highest nutritional value of any other gluten free product I’ve found to date. I’m delighted to have their products in my life!!
