STÙNICK SB1 Anti Barking Device

Well, I may need to call you because I heard you have great customer service. The device does work when the neighbor dogs bark, but it doesn't keep them quiet. They have 3 German Sheppard that are locked in an outdoor pen. They also have some chihuahuas too. They (owners)want them to alert and bark. Owners don't care they bark. Need help! I am going crazy with their barking! I do live on a slightly elevated property, so need advice on proper positions.

I got it because I live in an apartment building and recently in the apartment across the hall the tenants had moved in with a dog that barked all the time, morning and evening. The device has helped to quiet the dog.

It doesn't seem to work at all. It makes the noise, but my dog seems completely unbothered by the ultrasonic sound. Also it goes off at any and every noise, not just their bark. Which is super annoying. It goes off when we open the door, it goes off when my dog goes out the doggy door and it hear the door flap. It goes off when we talk around it. It's even gone off at the birds. Which obviously teaches my dog absolutely nothing. It doesn't teach him its about his barking, but about every noise that's outside. And we have it on the lowest setting.
