Speediance Pilates Set

My wife and I have always wanted to try Pilates but we do not have the 40 to 50 Square Feet recommended for dedicated Pilates home equipment. When we heard that Speediance would be releasing a Pilates program we purchased the Pilates Kit as soon as they were available. We have tried the beginner program and really do enjoy it. The movements take some getting used to, but that is on us to continue to learn and experience. We really like the Speediance program and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Pilates workout, especially those that don’t have a spare 50 Sq Feet to dedicate to a Pilates only machine.

This is a great set and it's perfect for in-between lifting days!
