Speediance Gym Monster

This is the best piece of gym equipment I have ever bought. I can do all the exercises my gym provides. Even better than the gym is the eccentric mode and the spotter. I don't have to waste time changing weights, reducing the primary to a secondary. I can work to exhaustion in one movement. I can sit on the bench and do shrugs with a heavier weight and avoid squats because it affects my knees. I have only had it for four days, but my back and shoulders are very tight. I didn't need all the extra equipment, so I purchased the gym monster 1. The best parts are I don't waist one hours' time going to the gym or carrying the weights to the bench. Though having the home gym for less than a month me and wife have loved every minute on it. Simple to use, quick and easy set up. The video lead workouts are much helpful for anyone starting out. We love it!

I have really enjoyed the Speediance Gym Monster 1. I enjoy being able to make my custom workouts that are similar to what I was doing before the gym came, but also allows me to try new things. I was disappointed to find out that I did not have Pilates upon delivery and that was something that pushed me into buying Speediance over other home gyms, especially after spending quite a bit for the Pilates addition. I know I will get it eventually but it seems to be taking forever, even if I check about 10 times a day for the update!
