These are my second pair of United Nude sandals. I had the other ones for several years and finally got rid of them after thousands of miles of wear and tear. The new shoes are a different style but just as stylish and comfortable!!

Quality of sandals are good and customer service is excellent. We had a little misunderstanding and customer service went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected.

I love the chunky style of my new black Rico X sandals. They are perfect! At 5'2", the Rico gives me height, but they are not so tall as to make me unstable. That is because the heel strap is so well designed with plenty of velcro run. Actually- from top to bottom this shoe is well designed. I have seen shoes this stylish- only to turn them over and they have no lugs to grip. Those are absolutely dangerous in a wet floored airport running to catch a plane or even stepping into a hotel lobby after rain. The Ricos will perform even in these challenging environments! I also love the real leather (too rare these days!). It gives the shoe a true resort feel. I have a skin sensitivity to plastics, so the real leather also means my feet are very comfortable in these - no rashes, no itchiness. Oh yes- the top feature? So comfortable you forget you are wearing them. I had to break them in for a couple of hours in the house, but then they were like walking on a cloud.
