VITAL RISE - cacao & adaptogens

I was a bit sceptical about this but it’s so good! I add it to my breakfast (porridge, overnight oats etc) and feel it sharpens me up ready for the day.

Too soon to tell

I've started taking this with the cacao in the mornings. It's probably been about 2 weeks so I haven't noticed any of the benefits yet. Hopefully, I do feel a difference by the end of the tin.

Vital Rise

New to this product, it does have a distinct taste but not unpleasant at all. I am now combining it with my Ceremonial Cacao and have to say not missing my morning coffee at all.
