Back snaps comes off :/

I really love the design, fit, and overall look of these caps. That's what makes this issue so disappointing. I recently purchased two of them, and both have the exact same problem—the snap closure on the back easily comes undone during normal wear. I've owned many snapback hats over the years and have never experienced this issue before. Unfortunately, this flaw is a deal breaker for me. Since both hats have the same defect, it appears to be a quality control or design issue rather than an isolated problem. I would gladly exchange both hats for replacements if this issue can be resolved, because otherwise I really like the product and would continue wearing them.

I love the material and the look, it’s very comfortable and I love the style. Also love how they are water resistant, keeps the hat looking nice!
