My son loves his backpack. The customer service is EXCELLENT! My son’s backpack had a rip in a seam after a couple of weeks of use. I sent an email asking about a warranty on the backpack and they immediately gave me options of how they could help replace the backpack. When we went to reorder, the color he had was out of stock. Customer service then said they would watch returns and if they got his color in, they would let me know. A couple of days later I received an email letting me know a return had indeed come back in his color. I greatly appreciate the care and speed to correct the issue during this transaction. We love Burlebo in our household because of the great quality. However, this gave us another reason to love the company. By the way- the backpack has been in use for over a month now and it is holding up well. The original backpack just had a flaw, which can happen. Thank you for great quality and amazing customer service!
