This is the worst product ever i can’t believe i thought it would work I received them on the 6th they broke on the 6th not even a full day I should have known tho just some flappy silicon. So disappointed with the product myself as well. I would love to try the insoles they look like a better product but i can’t force myself to buy them when i just wasted money on the silicone ones. Make it right and send me some.

I was offered neither a refund nor an exchange for a replacement item. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the careless, perfunctory, and superficial way this situation was handled. I paid for a product and ultimately lost my money without receiving a satisfactory resolution, a reliable replacement, or any meaningful assurance regarding the quality of the product. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. The way this matter was handled was unacceptable and showed a complete lack of accountability and concern for the customer.

Literally snapped off my feet within 1 day of using it and customer service has been of no help. Save your money and choose another product that has tge built sock the rubber will not last you but a use or 2 and customer service will not respond back to you.
