Joseph was fantastic! I had issues with my installation all along the way, some of it my own fault (I didn't have a Lariat lux, just a Lariat, and close Lariat lux), and some of it was harness issues that took quote some time to diagnose together, but he worked with me for the better part of 2 weeks to get it resolved. The entire time he was patient, and very accommodating. Overall, it works great, so much better than my original system, much more responsive too! llove it! I purchased DD Offroad’s 2022–2024 Ford Maverick SYNC 4 12‑Inch OEM Upgrade Kit, and it was absolutely worth it. The plug‑and‑play installation made upgrading my 2022 Maverick from the 8‑inch to the 12‑inch screen easy, and the larger display completely transforms the interior.
