Had a couple issues when installing my unconnect 5 upgrade in my 2019 Ram, but Joseph at DD Offroad answered my call on a Saturday & walked me through the issues. He was SUPER helpful. I really like the new layout compared to the unconnect 4, much more user friendly. If you're looking to upgrade to the OEM unconnect 5 or upgrade to the 12" screen, which I already had, I recommend you reach out to these folks. Super friendly & helpful. Plus they're cheaper than trying to replace just the outdatex your unit from Mopar.

Outstanding Service and Quality Upgrade!

Very happy customer with my decision to go through DD Offroad for my jump from an 8" screen uconnect 4 system to my new 12" uconnect 5 system! Everything from the price, (much lower then competitors), all the way to step by step instructions on the install, they make everything plug and play. These guys are professionals in everyway. I made the mistake of ordering it wrong, but they made sure I got everything I needed to install the job, and to top it off, it didn't seem to matter when I reached out, they were always quick to respond and help however they could.
