Shady Return Policy

Purchases a rug and it did not match in our room. My return was denied. It says on their website they accept returns. However, if you continue reading the whole policy, they actually do not unless the item is defective. It’s hard to purchase a rug on line without seeing color in person. For them to say they accept returns is deceptive, they do not. They just deny request then stop responding.
