Wagyu Chuck Roast

We just ate Wagyu chuck Roast and it was very good. You are close to us and we love knowing your product is home grown and sold from your store. We had the 8 burger patties last week on the grill. They were very tasty, though very messy on the grill. (lots of grease). We want to try your steaks next. We are glad you are in our neighborhood and providing a very necessary product.

These chucks are great for smoking or roast. We usually smoke em. Very tender.
