It took 34 days to arrive. Your website has never even updated shipping information. When a package finally arrived, after many email exchanges, it was the wrong product. Shame. Will never buy from York Miller again and will never use this unbelievable horrible "tracking" app again

Nothing like the advertised item, images were entirely different from those shown in colour and deaign, different colour keather, different style(not distressed look) entirely different buckles too. Nor did it match description. The packaging was sub standard and at risk of being easily damaged. Quality was very low. I would eate at kess than 1 star if i was given the option to. Very disappointed.
