Male Traction Device for Enhancement and Support

I was excited to try this product, but unfortunately it broke during normal first use. The white plastic clip snapped while I was wearing the device as intended, making it unusable. I reported the issue within 7 days of delivery and provided photos, but the replacement process has been frustrating. The product itself did not hold up under normal use, and I expected better quality for the price. I hope the company improves both the durability of the product and its customer support.
