Lymphatic Drainage Dots

Not sure how to use these. Directions say apply all 6 at same time to 5 different areas. Which means each package is only good for 6 days? Is that right?

havent' used long enough to see a difference but they are easy to use and peal off easily don't leave residue on your skin or hurt pulling off lol
