I’ve been so impressed with Hello Matcha! Their products are consistently excellent, and their customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, my original order was marked as delivered but never arrived. After I reached out, Mike was incredibly kind and helpful. He quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent free of charge, which I really appreciated. The replacement arrived promptly, and the whole experience left me feeling genuinely looked after. As for the products - they’re fantastic! I especially love the Ceremonial Matcha and Premium Matcha, both are smooth, vibrant and delicious. The Hojicha has a wonderfully rich, roasted flavour, and the Choc Matcha biscuits are dangerously addictive! The matcha-covered almonds are another favourite and make such a delicious snack. Fast delivery, beautiful products, and customer service that truly goes above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend Hello Matcha more highly and will definitely be ordering again!
