Great QR Interface and Best Customer Support

I did lots of research trying to find a QR scan name tag for my dogs that had a detailed profile. While most require a subscription fee to have more than a name and phone number/email, Besties has options for photos, license number, rabies vaccine number, microchip number, etc - FREE! You get ann email every time it is scanned. Added plus that they’re super cute. My only complaint is the silicone “loop” where the jump ring attaches is not very strong, so if you have multiple dogs that play rough or accidentally hook a leash to the ring and not the collar, it will rip. Fortunately, Besties customer service is amazing. They offered me discounts for replacements (my dogs are ridiculous and I’ve needed multiple replacements - totally worth it) and when I expressed my concerns for other options, they sent them with the charge waived. Overall, worth it. Love it.
