Initially, there was a problem with my order. The team got back to me with my initial review and fixed the problem and sent a me a new tag. They accidentally sent the replacement to my old address, so when I informed them that the address was not the correct most updated one (the address they sent to was not the address of my most recent transaction) the team immediately rectified it and sent a new tag to my correct address. Very impressed with them and I’ve bought countless tags from them at this point. I will return due to their level of professionalism in fixing the mistake.
