Great product. Well designed and usable This was a “free” replacement-but order to received timing would have approached 1 week. Normally fine, but if you are in the middle of an install, you want to get it as quickly as possible. So, $240 later, i had it in my hands the next day (once i was 3 days in realizing it would be a week to recieve it) No support number- only email to contact them fyi
