Retractable Garden Hose Reels 65ft-130ft

The reel itself with the metal bracket feels very durable and the retraction mechanisim works well. It does not click and pull back with as nice a feel as others i have owned but does the job and stays slower when reeling in long hose length. The jumper hose feels fairly thin as with the hose on the reel and could use some reinforcement but once pressurized the kinks stay out. The spray nozzle is light but was replaced as very orange and not inconspicuous. The main issue i have is side port for the jumper (I have others with rear port) and bracket offset to the wall do not allow hose reel to turn flat with the house without blocking it out. This means the reel always looks slightly in use or unkept.

The installation in concrete wall was a little difficult. The anchoring was not quite efficient as it bent when hammering it into the wall holes (the holes were the right size according to the manual). I had to buy new hardware but then the installation was very easy. Satisfied with the product.

Shipping was fast. The installation instructions and included mounting template were easy to follow and use, respectively. I have it mounted in my garage. Seems like a quality product so far. If it came with a longer hose to connect to the water supply it would be perfect for my application - I had to use my own longer hose to connect to the water supply. While more premium priced than some of its competitors, I would still recommend this 5/8" Retractable Garden Hose Reel.
