Retractable Garden Hose Reel-1/2in-155ft

This unit works great. I have one similar that i bought maybe 5 years ago and i can't get it to retract. I have contacted their customer service at least 3 times with no response back! Checking to see if i can return the old one if they can refurbish it.

The retractable garden hose is a nice tool to have in my barn. I can clean my lawn mowers and water my garden without fighting with and maneuvering an old fashion water hose. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you

Awesome product sure makes using garden hose for lawn work to washing vehicles because when done you easily roll up the hose!
