The shirt feel pretty high quality, enjoyed wearing it earlier this week, it's a great essentials piece. I usually wear a Large but got an XL bc of the chest size but I'd say it's true to size, this XL tee fits slightly over sized but it's still a good fit! I'm 6 ft, 195 lbs, 44 chest, 32 waist, athletic built
